3 Orders & Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation through phone call/message.

Rahul Furniture & Electronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or incomplete customer information.

Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact details. Incorrect details causing delivery failure may result in delays or additional charges.

4 Payment Terms

• We may accept payments through cash, UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, EMI, or approved financing partners.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct.
• Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is unsuccessful or pending.
• For EMI or finance purchases, customers must comply with the terms of the financing provider.

5 Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on customer location, product availability, weather/transport conditions, or peak-season delays.

Delays caused by third-party transporters, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen situations are beyond our control. Delivery, installation, or transportation fees may apply separately for certain products or locations.

Customers should inspect products at the time of delivery and report visible damage immediately. Once delivery is completed and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6 Installation Services

Installation or assembly services may be available for selected products only. Installation timing depends on product availability and technician scheduling. Customers must provide a safe and suitable installation environment.

7 Warranty Policy

Warranty is applicable only on selected products as specifically mentioned at the time of purchase or on the invoice. Warranty coverage may vary by product and manufacturer. Original purchase invoice/bill is mandatory for warranty claims.

8 Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or processing. Once dispatched, orders may not be eligible for cancellation. Custom-made, special-order, or personalized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Refund approval depends on product condition and issue verification.
