Refund Policy

At Rahul Furniture & Electronics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality furniture, electronics, and related products to our customers.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be approved and processed.

By purchasing products from us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Product missing important parts or accessories
  • Product becomes unavailable after successful payment
  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • Major manufacturing defect reported within the applicable time period

Refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Rahul Furniture & Electronics.

2 Conditions for Refund Approval

To qualify for a refund:

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
  • Product must remain unused and in original condition wherever applicable.
  • Original invoice/bill and payment proof must be provided.
  • Products should not be damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair attempts.

3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color, texture, polish, or design variation
  • Delay caused by transport or external conditions
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear after usage
  • Improper installation or handling by customer
  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products
  • Products purchased during clearance sale or special discount offers (unless defective)
  • Complaints reported after the allowed reporting period

4 Inspection & Verification

All refund and damage claims are subject to inspection by our team or service partner.

Rahul Furniture & Electronics reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially approve refund requests based on inspection results. In some cases, replacement, repair, or store credit may be offered instead of a full refund.

5 Refund Process

Once the refund request is approved, processing will begin within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Actual credit timing may vary depending on banks, payment providers, or financial institutions.

Customers will be informed about refund status through call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email wherever applicable.

6 Refund Methods

Refunds may be issued through any of the following methods:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • UPI transfer
  • Store credit or wallet balance (if applicable)

Cash refunds may only be provided for eligible cash purchases.

7 Cancellation Related Refunds

Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Orders cancelled after dispatch may attract transportation or handling charges.

Advance payments for custom or special-order products may be non-refundable.

8 Shipping & Delivery Charges

Delivery, installation, transportation, or handling charges may not be refundable unless the refund is caused by our error. Additional pickup charges may apply in certain return situations.

9 Limitation of Liability

Rahul Furniture & Electronics shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays caused by banking systems
  • Third-party payment gateway failures
  • Customer-provided incorrect bank/payment information
