By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1 Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order under the following conditions:
- Before the product is dispatched or shipped
- Within a limited time after placing the order
- Before installation or assembly services have started
Cancellation requests must be made through phone call, WhatsApp, email, or official communication channels.
2 Cancellation Eligibility
Orders are generally eligible for cancellation if product processing has not started, the product has not been packed or dispatched, and the order is not custom-made or specially ordered.
Rahul Furniture & Electronics reserves the right to determine cancellation eligibility based on order status.
3 Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:
- Orders already dispatched or out for delivery
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- Personalized products
- Special booking orders
- Products ordered specifically on customer request
- Installed or assembled products
4 Cancellation Charges
No cancellation fee will apply if the order is cancelled before processing or dispatch.
Partial cancellation charges may apply once packaging, handling, transportation, or processing has started. Transportation or return handling charges may be deducted where applicable. Any applicable charges will be informed to the customer before processing cancellation.
5 Seller Cancellation Rights
Rahul Furniture & Electronics reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product stock unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Payment failure or incomplete payment
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Incomplete customer details
- Situations beyond business control
In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as possible.
6 Refund on Cancelled Orders
Eligible cancelled orders will be refunded after verification and approval. Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Actual refund timing may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
Refunds may be issued through:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer
- UPI transfer
- Store credit (if applicable)
7 Advance Payment & Booking Amount
Advance payments for custom-made, special-order, or booked products may be partially or fully non-refundable. In certain cases, booking amounts may be adjusted against future purchases at management discretion.
8 Delivery & Dispatch Related Cancellations
Orders cancelled after dispatch may attract delivery, transportation, or return shipping charges. Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason may also result in deductions from the refund amount.
9 Changes to Cancellation Policy
Rahul Furniture & Electronics reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically.
